We met Matt in September of 2019 when he showed us one of his property listings.
He presented as honest and straightforward, and although we weren’t interested in the listing he showed us, we did ask if he would be willing to show us more properties in the area. He was extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, and showed us a number of properties. When we decided to make an offer on one of the properties, he served as our real estate agent. Matt was extremely attentive throughout the escrow process, connected us with a good lender, and went the extra mile to ensure that we received the best possible deal on the property.
